Rogers Gardens in Newport Beach is just one of my all time favorite places to visit and due to the distance, just don't get there often enough. Convinced my husband to make a stop on our way back from San Diego last weekend and it was totally worth it~! If you have not been there, it is worth the trip and plan on spending some time strolling their beautiful nursery and the amazing gift shops....yes, shops...there are at least 3. Unfortuneately, the main gift shop was mostly closed in preparation for Christmas decor, which is amazingly done there.Here are a few of my favorite things:
To find something similar a little closer to home in Bakersfield, try Pay It Forward on 20th and H Streets downtown. Kim has a great touch with plants and her floral arrangements are to die for.
